I. Eligibility Period for Returns and Exchanges
You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period (i.e., the return and exchange period) from the date you actually receive the goods in your order. You must submit your return and exchange request within these 14 calendar days and ensure that our warehouse receives the returned goods before the end of this period. Failure to do so will be considered an automatic waiver of your return and exchange rights, and related applications will no longer be accepted.
II. Conditions for Returning/Exchanged Goods
To protect the rights of all customers, returned goods must meet the following conditions; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange:
- The goods are unworn, unwashed, uncut, unaltered, free of stains, wear, and odors, and in brand new, unused condition;
- The original packaging (such as tags, dust bags, boxes, etc.) is intact and undamaged, tags are not removed or damaged, and accessories (such as buttons, belts, gifts, etc.) are complete and not missing;
- If the goods have no quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs; if the goods have quality issues (such as damaged fabric, workmanship defects, wrong item sent, etc.), we will bear the shipping costs (valid shipping receipts are required);
III. Return/Exchange Process
- Apply for a return/exchange: Within the 14-day return/exchange period, send an email to our official email address. Please send your application to partner@miirelleind.com with the subject line "Return/Exchange Request + Order Number + Name". The email body must include your order number, purchase date, name and specifications of the returned/exchanged item, reason for return/exchange (return/exchange, quality issue), and attached photos of the item's current condition (focusing on any quality issues).
- Review and Confirmation: We will review your application within 2 business days of receipt. If approved, we will send you the return address and relevant instructions via email. If not approved, the email will explain the reasons.
- Returning the Item: You must return the eligible item to the designated address within 3 business days of receiving approval. Please pack the item properly to avoid damage during transport and clearly indicate your order number and name inside the package for quick verification.
- Verification and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, we will verify and inspect it within 3 business days. Once we confirm the item meets the return/exchange conditions, we will initiate the subsequent processing steps.
IV. Refund and Exchange Instructions
- Refund Instructions: After your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 3-5 business days (excluding return shipping costs borne by you). If the product has quality issues, we will also refund the shipping costs for the returned goods (valid shipping receipts are required). Refund arrival time depends on the processing time of the payment platform and bank, typically 1-7 business days.
- Exchange Instructions: After your exchange is approved, we will send you a replacement product within 3-5 business days after confirming receipt and inspection of the returned goods (the replacement product specifications must match the application; if stock is insufficient, we will contact you to discuss adjustments or a return). The shipping costs for exchanges are the same as for returns.
V. Other Important Notes
- If you find any incorrect or missing items, or obvious quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact our official email address within 48 hours of receiving the goods so that we can verify and process them promptly. Failure to do so may affect the efficiency of problem verification.
- For damage to goods during transportation, you will need to claim compensation from the logistics company. We will provide necessary assistance (such as order information, product photos, etc.) but will not bear any related compensation liability.
- If you violate this return and exchange policy by providing false information or returning goods that do not meet the conditions, we have the right to refuse the return and exchange and will return the goods to the original payment method. You will be responsible for any resulting logistics costs.
